As a proven leader in the manufacturing, warehouse, and service industries, Lilly Anspach has spent 25 years building people-centered systems that help companies gain a competitive edge and achieve sustainable results.

Using the Shingo model, Lilly Anspach launched the first, corporate-wide daily management system for a leading global manufacturer, and she's taught global leaders how to use the Shingo model to maximize employee engagement and drive real results.

As comfortable in the executive boardroom as she is on the production floor, Lilly is sought out for her people-centered approach that simplifies the complex and makes the ideas of operational excellence translatable and accessible to everyone - from high-level leader to frontline employee.

Lilly earned her bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, her master's in Engineering, and is a Six Sigma Blackbelt. Trained at the Shingo Institute, Lilly has helped leaders grow and transform their culture at companies like GM, Vera Bradley, Fort Wayne Metals, and Novae.

Even more, she has proven that the organizational strategies used at the largest companies can be transferred to the smallest companies. She's been a business owner and an entrepreneur, owning and successfully selling The Woodhouse Day Spa, one of the country's most lauded luxury spa brands.

Today, Lilly leads The Yuri Group and partners with C-suite leaders, owner operators, and founder who have built people-centered cultures and want to grow and expand with strong, people-first operational strategies.
